Identity Flow Data · Updated October 24, 2026
Who operates this website
Identity Flow Data (IFD) is operated personally by Michael Joseph in Orlando, Florida, United States. This policy describes information handled through identityflowdata.com, business inquiries and related communications. Contact: michael@identityflowdata.com.
Information you provide
When you contact IFD, information may include your name, work email, company, job title, topics of interest and message. Exposure-scan requests also include your business website, brands or products and confirmation that you represent the business. A data-evaluation request may also include the capabilities you want to evaluate, use case, estimated sample size, markets and timing. The website forms do not accept file uploads. Do not submit passwords, payment details, identity documents, customer records or other sensitive information through these forms.
How information is used
IFD uses this information to respond to inquiries, discuss fraud-intelligence needs, provide buying guidance, coordinate requested evaluations or introductions, and maintain business correspondence. IFD also sends marketing emails about its services and relevant fraud topics.
Marketing emails and unsubscribe requests
Marketing campaigns end when the campaign is complete or you unsubscribe. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe option provided in the message or email michael@identityflowdata.com with your request. Unsubscribing does not automatically erase previous correspondence or inquiry records, and replies needed to address a request you initiate are separate from marketing campaigns.
Provider introductions and sharing
IFD shares inquiry information with its data-solutions partner only at your request or with your permission. Submitting a website inquiry alone does not authorize a provider introduction or the transfer of sample data. Before a test involving sample data, the recipient, purpose and handling arrangements must be agreed separately.
Website, inbox and email service providers process information to operate the website, deliver inquiries and maintain business communications. This operational processing is separate from an introduction to a data-solutions partner. Information may also need to be disclosed when required by applicable law.
Storage and retention
Website inquiries are delivered through the website's inbox service. Emails and contact or inquiry records are kept in Gmail or IFD's contact database. IFD has not established a fixed deletion schedule. Records are not automatically deleted when a marketing campaign ends or a recipient unsubscribes. You may contact Michael to request correction or deletion of your information or ask about records held about you. Requests are considered in light of applicable legal obligations and any records needed to maintain an unsubscribe preference or address an ongoing matter.
Cookies and website analytics
With your permission, IFD uses Google Analytics and platform-provided analytics to understand website use. Google Analytics receives technical information such as your browser or device characteristics, cookie identifiers, page visits and events for completed inquiries or email-link clicks. IFD does not send inquiry text, names or email addresses through its Google Analytics event configuration. Google processes this usage information to provide analytics reporting. Optional Google Analytics collection starts only after you accept analytics cookies. Advertising personalization and automatic form-interaction collection are disabled. Use Cookie preferences to withdraw your choice; this stops future optional analytics collection and does not erase information already received. Your choice is stored in your browser. Browser settings can also limit cookies and scripts.
Security and sensitive information
No website, email service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Use the forms for a business inquiry rather than sending sensitive datasets. If an evaluation requires sample data, arrange a suitable transfer process and handling terms before providing it.
Your questions and choices
Email michael@identityflowdata.com to ask about this policy, update your details, request deletion or stop marketing emails. Describe the request without sending identity documents or sensitive records. If identity verification is needed to respond appropriately, IFD will discuss it with you.
Policy updates
IFD may update this policy to reflect changes in its practices. The current version will be posted on this page with its update date.
