About IFD

Identity Flow Data (IFD) is operated by Michael Joseph in Orlando, Florida, United States. For website or service questions, contact michael@identityflowdata.com.

Purpose of this website

This website provides information about external fraud intelligence, identity and fraud-risk signals, and guidance for evaluating data and solution providers. These terms describe use of the website. Any separately agreed service or evaluation terms govern that engagement.

Interpreting research and guidance

Website content is general information. Fraud indicators, marketplace advertisements and observed patterns are not proof that a person committed fraud, that advertised capabilities work, or that a particular organization has been compromised. Information can change and may be incomplete. Your organization should validate findings against its own evidence and controls before making decisions.

No guaranteed outcome

IFD does not guarantee that a signal, product, introduction or recommendation will prevent fraud, identify every abuse attempt, produce a particular commercial result or satisfy a legal requirement. Website content is not legal advice or a substitute for your organization's investigation, compliance assessment or professional advice.

Buying guidance and provider relationships

IFD offers buying guidance without an advisory fee to buyers. IFD may receive compensation from participating providers when a qualifying purchase results from a referral. Applicable arrangements are explained upfront. A provider introduction occurs at your request or with your permission. Provider pricing, availability, performance, contracts and data handling must be evaluated directly as part of your decision. An inquiry does not commit you to a purchase or paid test.

Data evaluations

An evaluation request starts a coordination conversation. It does not itself authorize sample-data transfer. Agree on the provider, information to be shared, evaluation purpose, secure transfer process and retention or deletion arrangements before sharing data. Only supply information you are authorized to share. Do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents or customer datasets through the website inquiry forms.

Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious code, impersonate others or use its educational content to facilitate fraud or abuse.

Content and attribution

IFD branding and original website materials belong to their respective rights holders. You may link to publicly available IFD pages. Contact Michael before republishing complete infographics or substantial portions of original content. Nothing in these terms limits uses permitted by applicable law.

Other websites and providers

If you follow a link to another website or engage a provider, that service has its own terms and privacy practices. A reference or introduction is not a guarantee of its services.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how website inquiries, communications, marketing preferences and related information are handled.
